Choose a home, then complete contact, household, income, documents, and review steps. Submit accurate information for the property you selected.

Use Copy my return link before leaving. The private link expires seven days after it is issued. If it expires or is revoked, ask the owner for replacement access to your existing application. Do not start over; your information and documents remain saved.
Upload documents securely
At step 4, upload a photo ID for each adult and three recent paystubs or other proof of income. PDF, JPG and PNG are supported, up to 10 MB per file and 64 MB per batch. Documents remain blocked until malware scanning passes. A scan does not verify identity or income. Contact [email protected] if an upload is rejected; do not disable file protections or send Social Security numbers.
Privacy and application instructions
RO Properties collects applicant information, photo IDs and income documents for rental screening and property management purposes. The owner reviews submissions manually; this portal does not make automated housing decisions.
Upload only documents relevant to this application. Do not provide Social Security numbers, payment-card details or unrelated records; mask unrelated account numbers before uploading. Contact [email protected] for an alternative if a file cannot pass the security checks.
Uploads are encrypted in protected server storage and malware-scanned before the owner can open them. Application form fields are stored in a private database. Cloudflare handles the HTTPS connection as a service provider. Only authenticated owner access can download documents; your private return link permits access to your own form, not document downloads. Keep that link private.
Access to applicant records and documents is restricted. Records may be retained as necessary for legitimate business purposes and applicable legal obligations. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions. Save your private return link; contact the owner if it expires.
Submission and a clean malware scan do not verify income, approve housing or reserve a showing. The owner may request additional documents and will communicate the next step manually.
What happens next?
Missing items keep your application open. The owner verifies documents, reviews each application individually, and controls showing and final housing decisions. No email or SMS delivery is connected.
